The center meets on Sunday mornings from 10am to noon at Eileen Fisher Headquarters (2 Bridge Street, Irvington, NY), Tuesday evenings at Aligned Center in Irvington and Wednesday evenings at Center for Health & Healing in  Mt. Kisco. View all meditation group sittings

We also offer Special Programs throughout the year with visiting teachers such as and hold an annual Meditation Retreats at Garrison Institute.

Text-based classes on Sunday afternoons for students who have been practicing meditation and studying the Buddhist teachings for a year or more. Contact us here if you are interested in more advanced Buddhist programs and how to participate. See our upcoming Special Programs.

New and seasoned meditators of all traditions are welcome.
