All meals are served buffet style using local and organic produce whenever possible. Clean, plant-based dishes are our focus, but we do offer fish, meat, and dairy for groups that desire it.

Retreat guests will be picked up by shuttle at Liberia airport. Please look for the sign with Rayos Del Sol written on it to be taken to your shuttle. Any guests renting a car, please follow the directions below or use Waze or Google Maps to guide your drive. DIRECTIONS FROM LIBERIA AIRPORT TO RAYOS DEL SOL: Make a right coming out of the airport. Continue on Route 21 south towards Santa Cruz (about 45km). Just before entering the town of Santa Cruz, take a right towards Junquillal/Tamarindo (if you reach the green Maxi Pali supermarket, you\'ve gone too far and missed the turn). You’ll be going west and then south. Follow signs for Playa Lagarto (this includes taking a left before Tamarindo, then a right before reaching the town of 27 de Abril). About ten minutes after the right hand turn, watch carefully for a sign indicating the left hand turnoff for Playa Ostional. You\'ll be turning left onto a dirt road, then continue for about an hour following signs for Playa Ostional. After passing the intersection for the town of San Juanillo (a big clump of signs at a fork in the road - you will follow the road to the left here), continue for about 10 minutes. You will cross over two larger metal bridges. 500m after the second bridge, you will take the road to the left (look for the black & white RAYOS, PachaMama and Luna Azul signs). Continue to follow the RAYOS signs to the right at the next two forks in the road. This will lead you to the back entrance of the property where there will be a gate. Continue straight to enter the property and park to the left next to the wooden fence and jungle gym.
