Set in a XIX century renovated finca, in the middle of a mediterranean wood and with an astonishing view of the old town, you will be able to relax, recharge, and focus on you. You will be able to practice yoga both in the yoga studio and in the outdoor terraces accompanied by the sounds of humming birds and nature. Mission & Vision
Inner Refresh is a luxury Yoga and wellness retreat based in Ibiza, set in a XIX century renovated finca, in the middle of a vibrant garden and mediterranean wood. The retreat promotes physical and emotional wellbeing through the use of Yoga, self-development workshops, massages and nourishing healthy nutrition. The aim is to enable you to leave the retreat feeling restored and refreshed, with a new attitude towards life. The retreat offers yoga classes for all levels (Hatha yoga, pranayama), meditation sessions, self development workshops (mindfulness and life coaching), massages, healthy nutrition, naturalistic field trips and activities for rebalancing of mind, body and spirit.
