Course DescriptionThe 200 hour & 300 hour Teacher's Training Courses in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga offered at Ashtanga Yoga Mysore are a month long intensive programs. Your previous experience in Yoga is definitely a plus to attend and complete this course successfully. This course is designed holistically covering Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy, Diet and Nutrition, Ayurveda and more conducted by different teachers who are masters in their respective fields.
This course is suitable for both beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
All the asanas are taught in detail and the group size being small (every batch is limited to 12 students only) you will get more attention from the teachers.
This Yoga Alliance RYT 200/300 hour certification is an internationally recognized certification allowing successful students to teach worldwide. It meets and exceed 200/300-Hour Yoga Alliance Standards. Students can immediately apply for the internationally recognized RYT-200/300 status with Yoga Alliance after they complete this course successfully.
