About us

We are aspiring a self-sustainable Yoga village, a center of research and development of the functionality of a non-functional state. In simple words we want to understand the potential (non-functional) of existence (functional).

Yoga Retreats IndiaSince 2005 till 2016 being continuously involve in more than 100 yoga teacher training courses and over 5000 students from all over the world, Rishikesh Yog Peeth has decided not to conduct yoga teacher training courses anymore in Rishikesh, India. But it doesn’t mean that the institution is moving away from Yoga and its related practices, from here onwards Rishikesh Yog Peeth will be known as Abhayaranya – Rishikesh Yogpeeth, will offer life-style courses and yoga retreats. Abhayaranya – Rishikesh Yogpeeth will start its activities in Rishikesh, India through a retreat, a 21 days program of self-discovery called “TTD” or “Twenty-one Transformational Days”.
