Accommodation: We have some limited accommodations in our house for those of you that need a place to stay, which are on a first come, first serve basis. Here are some other options of places to stay for those of you traveling from out of town.

When to Arrive: Please plan to arrive either Thursday evening, or Friday morning for a 9:00am start time on Friday.

What to Bring: We will have boards and gear (paddle, PFD (personal flotation device) anchor) for your use, so no need to bring your board unless you want to. Please bring your yoga mat, tennis/running shoes, and a positive attitude!

Prerequisites: No paddling experience necessary but this course will assume a certain amount of proficiency as yoga teachers. Ideally you are either a 200 hour RYT teacher through Yoga Alliance or plan on becoming one. If you plan to teach SUP Yoga, we strongly recommend also obtaining a CPR and first aid certification. Although not part of the weekend program we are also offering a Red Cross First Aid/CPR Certification Course of August 4, 2014 for an additional fee of $50.00. After completing the course, you will be eligible for CEU’s through YOGA ALLIANCE.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

To be more present and engaged in the world, to be of benefit to others. Vincent
