Worst Management I have never experienced the worst management approach from any professional institute other than Nimba. I approached them about a month ago for the reservation. My mom, who is now 84 and I, went to 5 days retreat last year to Nimba. We had a good time; it was relaxing so I wanted to go again. I send them a reservation form, no reply. After several emails to their BDM Ketul Patel, he finally said that they need a blood test for my mom. My mom spent money and overnight she got her blood work done, and emailed reports to Mr. Patel. No news for a few days, after a few more attempts, we were asked to produce the doctor’s note that my mom is fit to take the naturopathy treatment. We send our doctor's note right away. I called Mr. Patel again, and he asked me to call the house doctor, Dr. Saurabh Trivedi. I called him right away, and he said that another doctor needs to see the report. Mr. Patel had mentioned that they stopped taking patient over 80 for past two years, even though my mom and my friend’s mom over 80 had gone there last year. None the less, Nimba does not have any age restriction mentioned anywhere on their website. I would not have minded even if they had told me that they changed their policy about the age, but then why ask for blood work and doctor’s note if they decided not to give reservation. I still have to hear from the “wonderful” inefficient management team of Nimba. I had recommended Nimba to a few of my friends despite of molded bathrooms, and lack of hot water, but everyone is aghast hearing their incompetency.
