I started Alma Mea retreat because of my unsatisfaction with conventional healing methods such has psychotherapy. It is a space for people who would like to go beyong the layers of mind and transcend what talking therapy has to offer. It is a space of non judgement and healing offered to anyone who is interested in creating positive and lasting change.
