It\'s known for walkable spaces interwoven with nature. Architecture is adapted for outdoor living and cars are refreshingly absent. The town is embraced by 1,000+ acres forest, with hills and valleys for hiking & biking. Finest beaches in Costa Rica offer swimming, stand-up paddle-boarding, kayaking, boogie-boarding, and snorkeling.

Directions
The international airport closest to Las Catalinas is Liberia International Airport (LIR), which offers direct flights from major gateway cities. Depending on the route, the airport is an hour to an hour and twenty minutes away by car. We will provide transport from Liberia Airport to Las Catalinas for our guests.
Mission & Vision
Neil and I have been leading spiritual and adventure based workshops for decades and started combining breathwork and shamanic singing bowl journeys to help clients reconnect with their higher presence. We hold the light to help them transmute their shadow. Through the skillful, expert use of vibrational sounds paired with deeply altered states of consciousness, our participants find a new way of interacting with the world and the Divine. Old patterns melt away as we access angel messages, powerful healing, and transmutations through the Light and Divine Love. You will receive ongoing support and integration time to integrate these messages fully. We will teach you tools for grounding this new energy so you can leave the retreat and step into a new life experience.
