Rearranging and reorganizing
Spending a day with facilitators like Miranda Chapman, Sandrine Harris and a group of very diverse other amazing beings was just what I needed. I left recharged and reinvigorated as if the time we spent together, the practices, the sharings had been rearranging and reorganizing what I carry inside. Thank you all who made this day possible.

Befriending Your Whole Yourself
I thoroughly enjoyed the Befriending Your Whole Self course. Amanda and Emily lead with a balance of theory, practice and sharing of our experience in a supportive space.

The book of joy
I am very grateful to Brandon for leading us on this journey through “The book of Joy.” The Dalai Lama & Desmond Tutu show us that joy is deeper than happiness and can be found in difficult challenges or when life isn’t going the way we would like.
The good news is we can cultivate joy in our lives by practicing daily gratitude, finding acceptance rather than resisting the flow of life & especially extending compassion to others.

Grief as Part of Loving: Living and Thriving
I found this program helpful to gain perspective in my grief.. the experientials/meditations and hearing from others have helped me to know that I am not alone. I now have a felt sense of the many others who are also in this process.. and also I have been helped to see what I am personally hanging onto, particularly that grief helps me to feel my connection to those I have lost. Thank you for this program.
