Meditation Retreat Peru

About us

Living with an open Heart.

We organize regular silent meditation retreats and spiritual tours to Peru.

We invite you to watch the retreat video and see why doing a spiritual retreat in Peru is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself.

Our 3 day silent meditation retreats offer a unique opportunity to spend conscious time with ourselves, exploring our inner universe and the mysteries of our heart.

Under the guidance of experienced meditation teachers we will meditate in silence, practice hatha yoga and receive teachings and instructions. The retreats aim to bring more inner peace, love, joy and happiness as well as a profound understanding of our true nature. We believe in the Oneness and interconnections of all creation, and meditation as a wonderful tool to experience this Oneness within our own heart.

The retreat is based on the teachings of Advaita Vedanta (Oneness consciousness) and Yoga, we are also integrating teachings from all major spiritual traditions like Buddhism, Hinduism, mystic Christianity, Sufism and Judaism and we recognize their Oneness in essence. We are not focused on Dogmas but rather we try to help the students to get their own inner experiences.

  •   For three days on Amantani, time had slowed down for me - by Nick Werber (yogi times)

The Hridaya teaching focuses on breathing into the spiritual heart, which is where our true self resides, beyond names and conditions. I found that connecting to that place allowed me to feel a sense of wellbeing and joy, which released my creativity. My heart was like a clenched hand that had begun to loosen. ... The last night we sat our last meditation and then shared our experiences. The change in each of us from that first day was noticeable. Everyone was more relaxed, open, and happy. It seemed the retreat was a great chance for us all to stop and examine what is important to us. Most of us planned on making some changes in our lives.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My last retreat at SMC was so inspiring and so relaxing. But i'd love to have more time there to spend at the Stupa, visit the Kami shrine, and generally interact with the beautiful enlightened society happening on that entire land. Brett
