Paz y Luz means Peace and Light, a beautiful guest and conference center where people gather for workshops, to experience sacred healing sessions or simply to relax, while visiting the Pisac archeological site and famous market.
Our Mission here at Paz y Luz is to provide a haven for travelers and seekers from around the world to rest in the refined energy of the Sacred Valley surrounded by powerful mountains and to offer opportunities for healing, balance, restoration and transformation.
If you are coming with a group, we are happy to host you, as well as connect you with our wonderful guides to set up a customized tour to Machu Picchu and other sites. We can welcome your group with a despacho ceremony, a ritual offering by indigenous shamans and suggest many other activities and therapies. Diane offers workshops introducing the Andean Spiritual tradition of working with the four elements (Earth, Water, Air & Fire).
Diane Dunn, a New Yorker, moved to Peru in 2000 to create a center where people from all over the world, with many spiritual and healing traditions could gather together in the powerful energy of the Andes. Three years later, Paz y Luz was born, starting with her house and a few guest rooms. It has now grown to 22 guest rooms, 3 two-bedroom bungalows, 2 dedicated healing rooms, a restaurant, and a beautiful round glass conference room that is ideal for yoga, dance, art and other workshops.

I love this place,it's my sacred haven. It's so nice to do yoga, meditation, relax, enjoy the spa in the Heart Center,be short walk to the centre of pisac, have great sleep in comfy bed, clean room, get free breakfast or eat yummy food in restaurant or even to have the kitchenette to prepare my own foods & enjoy complimentary tea by the fire. The staff are super friendly and so helpful. The atmosphere & mountains & river are such a pleasure to be next too. The name is perfect for here. It says it all. Thank you beautiful Paz y Luz xxxx

I stayed at Paz y Luz for 3 months in early 2014, and it was the perfect place for me to have a personal retreat, while also connecting with dozens of interesting people staying there, attending retreats and classes, and enjoying the gorgeous Andean setting. The showers are hot, the people are lovely, and the ambiance is perfect!
