The retreat center Suryavana, formerly known as Masia Novales, is a beautifully restored country house that offers the perfect setting for our retreat. With spacious indoor areas for practicing it has an additional outdoor pool that can be used.

Surrounded by 14 hectares of olive and almond trees, the center offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere, near to beautiful forests and landscapes. Our retreat center also features its own vegetable garden and some fruit trees.

Find us on Google Maps! Suryavana is located in the Masía Novales in Jérica, a town in the Alto Palancia region located in the province of Castellón. You can reach Suryavana by several means: By car To get to the retreat centre, you follow the Autovia A-23, which starts in Sagunto and leads to Teruel. Take exit 42, «Jérica-Caudiel», and you will soon see the signs that will take you to the retreat centre. You will find signs with directions to Masía Novales where Suryavana is located. By train You can take a train to the Jérica-Viver station. You can check the Renfe Cercanias Valencia – Caudiel timetable and when you arrive, take a taxi, which takes about 15 minutes, to take you to the retreat centre in Masía Novales. By bike By bike it is very easy. Take the Cercanías C5 train to Jérica-Viver from Valencia and follow the «Vía Verde» of «Ojos Negros» or «Camino Puente» to reach the Retreat Centre in about 20 minutes. From Jerica Station turn left down Avenida de la Constitución and after about 200m turn right along “calle de la Salud” which converts into the «Vía Verde». Going up this paved road after about 20 minutes passing through some tunnels you will see the Retreat Centre down to your right. To return, follow this same bike path to the Jérica-Viver Station, about 15 minutes down hill. You have to coordinate your trips with the train schedule. Renfe Cercanias Valencia – Caudiel.
