About This Center

For twenty years the Historic C.O. D. Ranch has been a natural retreat center and sanctuary for a many diverse groups. If you are looking for a special place in a beautiful natural setting with delicious meals, comfortable accommodations and a caring spirit, the C.O.D. Ranch is for you! We can accommodate 20-90 overnight guests in our casitas, bunk house and Round House, and once you are here, the ranch is all yours! We are truly the perfect Southwest ranch retreat center.

Enjoy hiking trails and stunning views. Then return to the dining hall for three delicious meals a day. And if someone in your group has dietary restrictions, our chef is delighted to ensure everyone is satiated.

The original barn on the ranch was turned into a large meeting space that has been used by yoga, meditation, artists, writers and businessmen.  Previous groups at the ranch have also included mountain bikers, hikers, and religious retreats.  We welcome and encourage diversity!

Venue Highlights

C.O.D. Ranch offers complete privacy as it is bordered by Oracle State Park and the Coronado National Forest.
Your group will have exclusive use of the ranch.
Three delicious meals a day are provided, including specialty diets such as vegan or gluten free.
Casitas vary in size and occupancy.
Astounding views of mountains and desert, sunrise and sunset.


Our Southwest/Colonial Mexico designed casitas contain single, double and queen size beds. Each casita is unique in the amount of occupants, but all can be singles and most can be double, triple or quadruple occupancy. Bathrooms are private or shared. Linens, towels soap and shampoo are provided. Three delicious meals per day are included in the room rate, and our chef is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Tucson and Phoenix airports are the closest. We do not provide transportation at this time.
