About This Center

A woman is highly-attuned and deeply receptive.

She requires deep and sensual nourishment to exist in the relaxed state that enables her body, mind and spirit to move with ease through the cycles of her life.

The fast-paced modern world can obstruct her connection to the natural rhythms within – there is simply too much to do and too much to be.

When the messages of her body are ignored, the connection to the wellspring of power within her is severed.

Our retreat does not promise to awaken the Goddess within you.

We know a woman is much more than a Goddess; she is flesh, blood, spirit and bone; she is the moon, the sea, the flowers and the earth. There is nothing she is not and nothing she cannot be.

Our embodiment retreat calls her back to the knowing within; back to her natural feminine state of deep peace, joy, integrated shadow, balanced energy, creativity, security, orgasmic connection and inner-knowing.

It is from this place of embodiment that her gifts flow freely.

Through 10 days of yoga, meditation, ceremony, breath work and sacred feminine practices, a diet of delicious vegan and vegetarian food, in a secluded retreat space on the paradise island of Koh Phangan, we guide women back home to these gifts… back to their Raw Essence.

Barbara Galdos "Marta practices yoga as a dance. The way she links postures is like a choreography full of consciousness. I have been practising Vinyasa Yoga regularly with her for over a year. Her calm energy and the depth of her words inspire me every time I attend her classes. Each yoga session she offers is spontaneous, lively and changing. She challenges automatisms, inviting her students to come closer to full consciousness every day. However, she also knows how to remind us that nothing is to be expected, because all the things we are looking for are already inside ourselves. Listening to the bodies of her students, she knows how to adapt the postures to everyone's possibilities. Marta lives in the present, and through yoga she shares with her students her ability to seize each and every moment." Romina Galiano “If I could describe my experience in Marta's classes I would say: self exploration, awareness and creativity. I found my experience as her student very enriching. Each encounter seems different, as if it was the first time, always full of creativity and fluidity, but also with a very traditional, strong foundation. I will call it art. Her philosophy and the way she teaches reflects a path lived through yoga with dedication. I recommend her classes to everyone looking for personal development, self
