About us

Baretoes Yoga is a vinyasa (breath linked to movement) inspired practice with a hint of yin and other yoga styles. Baretoes Yoga:

Mondays from 5-6:30pm

For beginners and more experienced practitioners

Belly dance:

Mondays from 7-8:00pm

Bring a coin skirt and some water! Baretoes Yoga:

Thursdays from 6-7:30pm

For beginners and more experienced practitioners

Baretoes Flow Yoga:

Saturdays from 10-11:30am

Flow style for some more heat and a fantastic workout! A great way to start the day.
