Costa Yoga offers lifechanging immersive yoga retreats and yoga teacher trainings on the stunning Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. All trainings and retreats take place in Cabuya Lodge, a serene center set in a luscious jungle and within walking distance of the beach. In addition to the study of the physical postures of Yoga, we will spend time talking about philosophy, pushing our personal boundaries when it comes to our beliefs, exploring our minds and any patterns that are impeding our progress towards our goals and forming a connection with one another. If you're looking for connection, inspiration, and a deepening of understanding of your own spirituality, mind and body in the beautiful intersection of beach and jungle, this is the training for you.
