About This Center

We offer our beautiful location as a venue for private groups, and invite instructors and teachers of holistic and creative disciplines to bring their students here to us. We have a a small friendly team waiting to provide you with everything you need in the comfort of this stunning, rural idyll, while you focus on rejuvenation and relaxation as part of your retreat here at St. Jean.

St. Jean has nine rooms for guests to stay in, all of them either en-suite or with dedicated private bathrooms. We have an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by mature shrubs and plants, furnished with Moroccan sun loungers. We try, as far as possible, to be mindful of food allergies and will try and cater, where required, to vegetarian diets. We also cater, when requested, to detox juice and raw food options.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My inspiration sparks from my innate charge to connect with a collective innate goodness. I aspire to live in a way that continuously blossoms and embraces my wise and compassionate human nature. Freundl

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
