Why Yoga and Sailing?
Yoga can change the way we perceive things, what we notice, what we fear or what we embrace with love. Sailing, like yoga, brings with it a need to be in the moment.
Whether you are sailing or holding a yoga pose, more mindfulness is developed each time you step on a mat or a boat – experienced or beginner. Each time it will always be different. All you have to do is go with the flow.
What we'll be doing
You will be practicing two yoga classes per day, followed by an evening guided meditation, you will be also able to learn something more about sailing through our basic sailing and boat steering lessons. There will be a plenty of other activities such as: snorkeling, swimming or sightseeing. We would like to make this trip as friendly and fun for you as possible.
Where we'll be
We will conduct out activities on our private Yacht Beneteau Oceanis 45(Shared cabins, private cabin only under request) We will start out tour at Marina Puntica, a small harbour in a sheltered bay, located on the southern tip of Istria.
Day 1: AYC Marina Puntica-Medulin–Unije
Day 2: Unije–Susak–Mali Loshinj
Day 3: Mali Loshinj–Ilovik–Silba
Day 4: Silba–Rab
Day 5: Rab–Punat
Day 6: Punat–Cres
Day 7: Cres–AYC Marina Puntica–Medulin
