      Greece Retreat

Where to start?! Completely magical experience. Yoga retreat meets luxury vacation. Tucked deep into the Aegean Sea, away from the tourism and floss of Mykonos and Santorini, Amorgós is the perfect sleepy little island destination for yogis and/or anyone seeking calmness in this thing called life. The Aeigiali Spa and Hotel was 5 star, accommodations and service all top. The 6 shalas all different and humble considering the epic views from within. Food a light Mediterranean fare: nutritious and accommodating to dietary restrictions. Lauren’s teaching is careful and knowledgeable. Movement specific to each student’s body. Workshops useful and relevant to everyday life. The retreat itself, entirely well-planned and organized down to ever last detail. Our group was eclectic, each person at different levels I’m their practice and retreating for their own separate reasons; but that didn’t stop us from bonding, further aided by the warmth of our atmosphere. A glorious and remarkable experience that will forever flood my memories with love and light.

Holding on to beings and friends is like trying to have a foothold in the sky. Ethan Nichtern

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

To be in my highest self. Josh
