Our food is indeed the one of the most wonderful and healing aspects of our retreat programs and service . Our menu is bursting with specially crafted meals rich in minerals and vitamins , anti-inflammatory and probiotic ingredients . We make, source and prepare all of our meals at the retreat. Directions
Finding us couldn\'t be easier and we would be happy to help with transportation to and from the airport in Cancun or Playa del Carmen .
From Cancun airport there are shuttles which run directly to Playa del Carmen every hour. They are comfortable , air conditioned and cost $10 each way. The duration is around 50 minutes.

Unexpected most wonderful surprise!!!
I’m returning home today after an amazing visit with Juan, Xenia, Patrik, Sadi and our group. We now have a bond for life that is embedded in time. If someone tried to tell me what to expect coming here, I might have said “what, really?” All I can say is, have no expectations because it cannot be put into words. It can only be experienced to then understand. I can say though, wholeheartedly that this the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time

Amazing experience
Everything about the retreat was perfect. Everyone involved, from Juan and the ceremony leaders to the wait staff at the hotel, were incredibly friendly and supportive. The food was delicious. Had an amazing time and met a lot of great people. The retreat was very well run and an experience of a lifetime. The accomodations were very nice, and the food was fantastic. Best Retreat Ever
I just returned home from Life Synergy's 5 day Psilocybin retreat in Playa Del Carmen facilitated by Juan. It was transformational in so many ways! Firstly, I can not say enough about Juan. He took care of our group, and us individually, in such a loving, fun and caring way. He surrounds himself with the Best people: from our beautiful yoga instructor, Lisa Marie, to Ingrid who guided us through a Cacao ceremony, the trip to the Cenote (mind blowingly beautiful) and to Sida, our amazing guide through the Temezcal ceremony in the jungle. There were six in our group. Strangers at the start, Juan set the tone that connected us on a deep level, encouraging each other's growth and supporting each other through challenging emotional moments. We are bonded in a way that is beautiful and we will stay in touch. The food was Amazing! To be honest I was a little concerned when I got the "Diet" to start several days before the retreat. I also thought that the food, while there, could be very spartan and boring. Not so! It was delicious and satisfying and every day I felt better physically...... more energy and clarity. I wish I could give Juan 10 stars because that's how great this retreat is. I will definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone looking for growth, letting go of habits that don't serve you anymore, or just a beautiful trip to Playa Del Carmen with an adventurous twist.
