I grew up avoiding all illegal substances and have never had the desire to bring any of them into my life.

As I’ve aged, my desire to grow emotionally and spiritually has increased. Two years of talk therapy helped me confront and process many of my traumas, and gave me several tools to maintain my emotional health.

When my group and I were looking for a unique idea for our annual retreat, someone suggested InwardBound’s Costa Rica journey. I was skeptical, but willing to go along with the group - and I’m so glad I did!

The InwardBound team made us feel so welcomed and safe. The food was spectacular and the setting magical. Everything about the experience was curated to be just right.

My personal journey with the medicine was nothing short of life changing. I had an entheogenic experience resulting in several epiphanies and feel like I “broke through” to a plane of existence I didn’t know possible.
