About This Center

The Wild Love was founded in 2017 as an opportunity for women to come together in circle, share an experience, and have fun.
The Wild Love is based in Cape Town, where we run pop up events, workshops, and women gatherings. Our retreats are held at the gorgeous Guinevere Guest farm in the Tulbagh valley, which is only a 90-minute drive outside of Cape Town.
Our ethos is about connecting to nature, to each other and to yourself - to nurture the heart, body, and soul by giving the tools for self-empowerment.
Through the use of re-wilding and ancestral life skills, natural movement and yoga as well as self-development workshops and women's circles, we aim to nourish from the inside out, releasing the inner wild woman, bringing you in alignment with the meaningful life you are here to live.
We want to give women the opportunity to explore their true potential and allow their light to shine brightly in this world

The wild love is for women who want to come home to a wild and empowered state of being - carly (retreat host)

Venue Highlights

The Wild Love is run from the gorgeous Guinevere Guest Farm, which is located a 90-minute drive from the tourist hot spot of Cape Town. The farmhouse is situated on 95ha of private land nestled amongst indigenous fynbos and lends itself to the ideal space in which one can immerse in nature and the tranquility of the abundant fynbos and bird life.
There is a large swimming lake for those hot summer months, a pool on the upper level and a river in springtime.
A short walk away is a gorgeous waterfall and rock pools to cool off in or watch the sunrise over the valley.
The farm is also a rescue sanctuary with cows, pigs, chickens, and donkeys- all rescued and given a second chance to live out their days with us.
80% of the farm is pure and untouched fynbos, which is the most diverse and richest plant biome in the world.
There is a sweat lodge and yoga studio on the property
Enjoy star gazing from our wood-fired hot tub
The accommodation is all under one roof, keeping the retreats cozy and intimate

We can organize a shuttle to and from the airport. The cost is approximately R1200 each way- so sharing the shuttle with a few people is the most cost-effective.
To get to the venue from the airport will take around 90 minutes.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

This sounds like a dream! I am an education student and I have spent way too much time working all summer to pay for school. My boyfriend of 5 years is a government firefighter and has been away working most of the summer. His 30th Birthday and our 6th anniversary is coming up this winter, we would love to celebrate with a yoga retreat! We both love yoga but have barley had time to practice in the past few months. Keeping our fingers crossed! Jaimee and Dan
