About This Center

Specialising in slow living we empower people to make small consistent lifestyle choices through inspiring, weekend retreats.

The brainchild of Lucy Bidgood-Lund and Emma Bolus, Fleek Retreats was created out of their desire to teach people that anyone can adopt slow-living into their lifestyle. Here is how they define this in their own words:

"At our retreats we focus on teaching people the art of slow-living, which is principally working on your daily life and routine so you can spend more time doing the things you love and that make you feel good, through small consistent changes.

We spent a really long time on coming up with a name to describe our vision and then one day Lucy said what about 'fleek'? We believe that a person who is ‘fleek’ understands what makes them happy as they are confident in their own choices and decisions.

The retreats are for a maximum of 10 guests, where they will enjoy a 4 day, 3 night stay in our beautiful Italian villa. We will be hosting a range of amazing workshops, from an Italian cooking class to mini Italian lessons, a postural and ergonomics workshop, daily yoga, wine tasting in the grounds of the villa, and personal development coaching sessions.

We started Fleek Retreats because we wanted to share our experiences, having lived in the rat-race and been in positions in our lives, where we haven’t been happy with how things were going.  We are passionate about sharing how we made little, everyday changes and we want to help other people weave more of the things they love doing into their daily lives, and ultimately help them find their own individual ‘fleek’."
