About This Center
We offer retreats to bring health and balance to the body, and harmony and peace to the soul. We will be guided by experts in numerous branches of alternative medicine, as well as by Nature and the energy of the Andes. The retreats take place in the Sacred Valley of Cusco, Peru. The retreats include San Pedro communions, meditation, yoga, conscious breathing sessions, various hikes in nature classes, workshops on how to make natural body care products, reiki, visits to thermal baths, healthy and organic meals, and more.
The price includes accommodation, airport transfers, almost all meals, all activities, and optional one-on-one consultations with our spiritual guide, Javier. We accept maximum 7 people per retreat to give the necessary attention that each participant deserves.
In your free time, you'll have the option to go to a nearby Spa that offers massages, floral baths, and a sauna.
About San Pedro: Since remote times, this cactus that has been used for healing and spiritual connection, under the guidance of a curandero. This cactus forms a fundamental part of Andean alternative medicine.
This was one of the most profound experiences of my life. I truly felt I came into my greatest self.
Venue HighlightsThe retreat will take place at the Sachi Ayni Guesthouse located in Pisac in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, near Cusco (Peru). This house has high-quality bedding, very good bathrooms, common spaces, a big garden, and is surrounded by Andean mountains. This is our base, but we will be moving around quite a bit for the spiritual sessions, the workshops, and the hikes in nature.

Menu/CuisineFor breakfeasts, expect fruit salads, fresh orange juice, toasts with organic jam, home-made granola, yogurt, oatmeal, and tea/coffee.
For lunches, you'll enjoy healthy sandwiches, quinoa burgers, nutritious salads, lentil and bean dishes, always with exquisite Peruvian flavours.
Dinner are home-cooked by a mamita (a Peruvian woman). For these dinners, you can expect hearty soups, oven-roasted potatoes and veggies, fresh trout with whole-grain rice, kiwicha, grilled chicken, aji de gallina (see picture) and other delicious Peruvian dishes.
