Accommodations

The 187 rooms and suites in three blocks are decorated in white and varying shades of brown with dark wood-style furniture, which gives them edgy practicality – less is more when it comes to the Almyra décor ethos. Crisp linens and chair coverings are white with subtle accent colors coming from cushions and lamps. All have a balcony or terrace with views of the garden or sea, and all have upmarket marble bathrooms. Connecting doors allow guests to book two, three or more rooms or suites to create a private family space.

Especially coveted are the Kyma Suites. These large suites have interconnecting bedrooms and their own lounge area with floor to ceiling windows that open out onto a personal seafront terrace. Wi-Fi is free in all guestrooms.

Menu/Cuisine

Seven restaurants, plus an extensive room service menu, offer a broad choice of cuisines. Breakfast, along with buffet-style lunch and dinner, is served in Mosaics and comprises local dishes like pastelli, a biscuit made from carob syrup and seeds, halloumi and anari cheese and olive bread, plus cereals, cooked pancakes and fruit.

Notios serving Japanese-Mediterranean fusion, Ouzeri serving Greek dishes and Eauzone that specialises in salad creations are among the summer-only eateries, while Zen-like Aeras serves dinner beside the fire in winter and the restaurants Omakase and Zen Meze offer gourmet cuisine from around the world. Cocktails and juices are served in the Helios Lounge bar and at the pool bar during the day, which is dramatically lit in the evening.
