About This Center

The Peaceful Valley is a fully self-sustaining organic farm and wholsitic retreat center. Nestled at the base of San Pedro Volcano with beautiful views of Volcano Toliman and Volcano Atitlan, this gorgeous sanctuary is full of life! We have over 300+ fruit trees planted and over 250+ varieties of different plant species thriving in our cozy little cove located 3 mins boat ride from Santiago Atitlan.

Lake Atitlan is a thriving spiritual community in Guatemala that many people from all over the world visit every year.

We have direct shuttle service from Guatemala City to our dock for $110 (boat ride included).

We focus on the principles of permaculture, yoga, traditional mayan ceremony, fire ceremony, cacao and sound ceremony, responsibility, and self-sustainability.

We offer 3 vegan meals per day during our retreats (dieta) with Dr. Sebi and raw vegan options

There are 3 main vegan food options durring our visits, all come with 3 meals a day. The first option is raw vegan, the second option is Dr. Sebi Vegan Diet, the third option is our normal daily farm vegan diet (they all are beyond epic!!!). Typical daily meal schedule will look something close to:
9:15 breakfast: banana and strawberry smoothie bowl with fresh berries, dragonfruit, goji berry, raw cacao, coconut milk, vanilla, agave nectar, medjool dates, lots of love, and sliced bananas. (Most morning breakfasts will look this way)

1pm lunch: (lunch will vary more often than breakfast) Giant super greens salad with kale, arugula, lettuce. amaranth greens, green onions, mushrooms, pine nuts, pistachios, black berries, strawberries, avocado, olive oil nutritional yeast, salt, peper, balsamic vinaigrette or liquid aminos, agave nectar or date sugar, lemon juice,

Some days we do cooked meals for lunch depending on the over all energy of the group... some days we want to eat more, some days we want to eat less... we listen to our bodies and each other to help guide us as to how dense the next meal for us will be :) the meals here are absolutely ridiculously delicious and everyone will always feel satisfied after there meal.
