About This Center

Yoga Lola is dedicated to helping all beings, ourselves included, co-author a life of joy, balance, and physical, mental, and emotional fitness. We offer holistic, self-help tools that create new perspectives and more of what we all want in our lives today, tomorrow, and forever.

We only use technologies that have been time-tested and proven effective, safe, and transformative. Some of the modalities we use have been around for as long as 5,000 years!  We are advocates of self-healing and self-development through the use of the ancient practices adapted for use in modern times.

Our teachings and practices include yoga, fitness classes, energy balancing sessions, Reiki, acupressure, aromatherapy, EFT, visualization practices, emotional release meditations, special  meditations for life change, coaching services, nutrition sessions, and self-development workshops.  We work on all levels of our beings to clear emotional blocks and to heal misaligned physical, mental, and spiritual energies.

We do not adopt or espouse any kind of personal creed or belief, other than those of peace and love.  To us, the         word spiritual means being in a place and space that feels good and  promotes doing good.

Our approach to life is an insatiable curiosity about finding out who and what we are.  It is an amazing journey  and one where we all make astounding discoveries and find new friends, like you, along the way.

Those who dwell among the beauties and mysteries of the earth are never alone or weary of life. Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts. Rachel Carson
