AYATANA’s wellness programs include stay in a boutique eco homestay with healthy home cooked food, customized individual Ayatana spa therapies to relax and calm the mind, group therapies for energy balancing, individual healing sessions, exercises for strengthening and relaxing the mind and enhancing own personal happiness.

AYATANA involves therapies combining energy work and meditation to calm and relax the mind with a massage therapy and trains the mind to slowly relax, balance, strengthen, remove blockages, and induce happiness.

AYATANA today successfully runs a training academy training in Holistic wellness therapies specializing in the relaxation of mind and also hosts wellness retreats across a few eco resorts in South India and runs a wellness spa hosting wellness experiences for the mind.

AYATANA’s Rejuvenation & Detox retreats are designed for people who lack the time and space in life for themselves. It helps them to relax, rejuvenate, reflect, recover the balance and renew their energy levels during their long stays programs. AYAT

DAY – 1:

Check in 9.00 am

10 am -2 pm (Batches of 4 of 2 hours each)

AYATANA THERAPY STAGE-1 – Relax and calm the mind

Meditation Massage Therapy for relaxation of the mind and the body with guided meditation combined with a massage therapy.

1 pm – 2 pm – lunch – Fisherman’s / Veg. Thali – Lunch will be prepared from fresh, locally sourced vegetables, fresh fish and cooked in the local home style

4 pm – 7 pm – Individual Wellness consulting Session with a certified wellness practitioner.

8 pm – Dinner

9 pm – Guided Sleep for good night’s rest.

DAY – 2:

Early morning group wellness activity:

6.30 am – 7.30 am

Sunrise Pranayama Meditation Session to increase the positive energy level in the body and general relaxation.

Qi Gong Energy Meditation Session to create a balance in the body with the energy meridians and to remove blockages in the body.

8 am – 9 am – Breakfast – South Indian / eggs to order with toast

9.30 am – Trip to Chennai’s urban luxury spa AYATANA

12 pm – 6 pm

AYATANA THERAPY STAGE-2 (in urban luxury spa with meal breaks in between)

Balance the chakras and aid in the mind and body connection.

Chakra Massage Therapy for balancing the chakras with chakra stones combined with a massage therapy.

6 pm – Return to resort.

8 pm – Dinner – Roti/Dhal/Vegetables/Curd/Cut Fruits

9 pm – Guided Sleep for good night’s rest.

DAY – 3:

Early morning group wellness activity:

6.30 am – 7.30 am

Sunrise Pranayama Meditation Session to increase the positive energy level in the body and general relaxation.

Qi Gong Energy Meditation Session to create a balance in the body with the energy meridians and to remove blockages in the body.

8 am – 9 am -Breakfast – Pancakes with Nutella/maple syrup & Pesarattu with peanut chutney, sambar

10 am – 1 pm – Trip to nearby historical/archaeological site.

1 pm – 2 pm – Lunch – Veg Pulao served with mixed veg raita, brinjal gravy, and dessert

4 pm – 7 pm – Individual Fitness consulting workshop with Fitness coach

8 pm – Dinner – Roti/Dhal/Vegetables/Curd/Cut Fruits

9 pm – Guided Sleep for good night’s rest.

DAY – 4:

6.30 am – 7.30 am

Early morning group wellness activity:

Sunrise Pranayama Meditation Session to increase the positive energy level in the body and general relaxation.

Qi Gong Energy Meditation Session to create a balance in the body with the energy meridians and to remove blockages in the body.

8 am – 9 am – Breakfast – Bread Toast/Jam/Butter/Eggs/Cornflex/Juice/

10 am – 2 pm (Batches of 4 of 2 hours each)

AYATANA THERAPY STAGE-3 (Removing the blockages)

Vibrational healing Massage Therapy for releasing any energy blockages in the system with exposing the body to various sound frequencies combined with a massage therapy.

2 pm – Lunch – Peas Pulao with veg curry,mixed raitha and dessert.

3 pm – 5 pm -Foot Spa therapy.

5 pm – 7 pm – Herbal Tea and snacks followed with the Trip to nearby Lake and boating.

8 pm – Dinner – Roti/Dhal/Vegetables/Curd/Cut Fruits

9 pm – Guided Sleep for good night’s rest.

DAY – 5:

6.30 am-7.30 am

AYATANA THERAPY STAGE-4 (in rural surrounding)

Discovering happiness within one’s self.

EFT massage therapy ,a form of psychological acupressure,using the combination of tapping the energy meridians to restore the mind body balance and cures the emotional blocks from the body.

1 pm – Lunch – Veg Pulao served with mixed veg raita, brinjal gravy, and dessert

3 pm – 5 pm -Foot Spa therapy

5 pm – Herbal tea with snacks followed by tour for water sport activities.

8 pm – Dinner – Roti/Dhal/Vegetables/Curd/Cut Fruits

9 pm – Guided Sleep for good night’s rest.

DAY – 6:

Check out in the morning.
