About This Center

I teach both private and group live virtual classes and offer a range of retreat practice support and instruction. For over 16 years, I have been a yoga and meditation guide and instructor, mentoring my clients in a holistic approach through yoga therapy, prenatal yoga, trauma informed healing, mindfulness based stress reduction, and mindful meditation. I have shared the practice of yoga and contemplative meditation live virtual for over 6 years. The approach is somewhat different similar to when you may have first started getting right side and left side coordination. Once you adjust to practicing yoga in this formate, many have found it interesting and substantiating as the practice is happens in your own safe space. You can benefit from personalized practices, designed to meet your needs, wherever you are in the world!

Venue Highlights

The view outside your window. The creation of your own yoga space and personal breathing room. Support and instruction on creating sacred space.


Your own cozy bed. Your own kitchen and bathroom.


I offer consultation in nutrition and herbal medicines. We discuss lifestyle diet to suit a persons individual needs and goals.


I teach through Skype. First step is connect through the website or through Retreat Guru. From there we share our Skype 'Handle" name and time to connect virtually. I meet with individuals once or twice a week depending on their needs. Live virtual group classes are a max of 4 participants.
