2 Night minimum stay

Enjoy a meditation retreat in the healing presence of silence. Nurture the quiet heart and inner peace by taking time for self care & reflection.  Resting in the present moment awareness cultivates peace and is spiritually nourishing.  The silence clears the mind and heart which will remain long after the retreat is over. We highly recommend 5 night stays for a more lasting & deeper retreat experience.

A retreat includes: Daily Rhythm  ~ Open structure

~ 2 Sitting meditations of 30-40 minutes daily at 7 pm and 9 am.

~ One complimentary private meditation/awareness session

~ Each meditation period is led by experienced teachers of heart centered awareness and is valued as an energetic healing environment.  Your teachers are dedicated to supporting each participant while keeping a pure environment for practice.

~ Each meditation is an impulse for guests to go deeper in their own inner journey including taking meditation walks, connecting to nature and the silence within.

9 am   Morning Meditation

10 am  Private Meditation / Awareness Session (once per retreat)

The days, while spacious, are filled with receiving peace and quiet.  This is gentle time to practice living with a clear mind and open heart, connected to the presence in nature and the presence within.  It is a nourishing time for reading, journaling, resting, swimming & simply being.  This open format of personal free time is important self care.  Nurturing the mind & heart brings balance to both our work and personal life.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

After participating in more yoga classes and events this year than in my entire life, I am yearning for the opportunity to attend a professional retreat. The opportunity to grow my practice, learn from talented students and teachers, and immerse myself in this gorgeous Red Feather Lakes sanctuary is the dream of a lifetime! Sara
