Details of this retreat

Are you ready to begin the year 2027 in deep connection with yourself, with new freshness and clarity?

This retreat invites you to consciously let go of the old year and immerse yourself in the healing power of silence. We will spend these days in a peaceful monastery in southern Germany — a place where time slows down, thoughts grow quieter, and your inner voice becomes audible again. Surrounded by nature and held by an atmosphere of calm, you will find space to center yourself, recharge, and open your heart to the new year.

In this 3-day Silent and Meditation Retreat, you will discover silence as a path to inner clarity and presence. Guided meditations, gentle Hatha Yoga, and breathing practices (Pranayama) will help you calm the mind and open the heart. Inspired by Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, and Western contemplation, a space emerges for you to feel yourself anew, to release, and to arrive in deep connection.

Schedule

Each day follows a gentle, clear rhythm — guided by silence, mindfulness, and presence.

The morning begins in silence with a 60–90 minute guided meditation before breakfast. Afterwards, there is a short spiritual reading or inspiration to deepen your practice and offer new insights. This is followed by gentle Hatha Yoga and mindful movement to connect body and mind and deepen the breath.
After the vegetarian lunch, there is plenty of space for rest, journaling, contemplation, or walks in nature.

In the afternoon, you’ll continue your practice with another meditation session, followed by half an hour of self-practice. After dinner, there is a daily question round (questions can be submitted in writing). The day closes with an evening meditation focused on a specific theme or intention.

This calm balance between structure and space creates the foundation for deep regeneration, clarity, and connection with yourself.
