Details of this retreat

This is a gentle return to what is real.

Set in wild, quiet nature, this retreat invites solo travelers, friends and couples to slow down, soften, and listen. Days unfold through forest walks, waterfall hikes, shared meals, silence, laughter, journaling, drumming, humming, and deep, embodied meditation. There is time together, and time alone — both equally sacred.

Rather than fixing or improving, we practice remembering: how to breathe fully, feel honestly, forgive lightly, and rest inside the body. The land holds us while we reconnect with pleasure, presence, and the simple joy of being alive.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
