Through 5 days of silent Vipassana practice in a Buddhist temple and 5 days of guided preparation and integration at a vegan resort hotel, you will be invited to return to presence. This retreat is not an escape, but an inscape - a return to awareness. As we cultivate awareness and observe reality without judgment, we free ourselves from unnecessary suffering. In that freedom, we begin to live with greater clarity, equanimity, and authenticity.

- You are looking for a big retreat experience. This program is intentionally kept to a small, intimate group, creating space for deeper connection, personalized guidance, and a safe, supportive environment.

Schedule

This 10-day retreat unfolds as a progressive journey from preparation to silence to embodied integration.

The first days (1–3) begin at a boutique retreat hotel, allowing participants to arrive, ground, and prepare for the temple stay through somatic movement, breathwork, and reflection. The opening circle, temple visits, and a Dhamma talk with a Buddhist monk introduce the foundations of meditation and mindful living.

Days 3–7 take place within a Buddhist temple in Chiang Mai, where participants live in noble silence and practice Vipassana meditation under gentle guidance. The simple monastic setting - private rooms with shared facilities and vegetarian meals - supports stillness, humility, and deep inner observation.

The final days (7–10) return to the hotel for integration and embodiment. Participants continue their daily meditation practice, complemented by yoga, TRE®, sound healing, and group workshops. These days also include guided temple and nature excursions that celebrate Thai culture and mindful living.

The retreat concludes with an optional bonus day trip to Chiang Rai’s White and Blue Temples - a symbolic closing of the journey from stillness to embodied peace.

Participants will be picked up from the Chiang Mai International Airport and guided to the venue.

Participants will stay in two locations in Chiang Mai, designed to balance stillness and comfort. The temple stay (4 nights) offers a simple, authentic experience within a Thai monastery: a private monk-style room with shared bathroom facilities, vegetarian meals, and a peaceful rhythm of silence, meditation, and reflection. The preparation and integration phase (5 nights) unfolds at a 4-star vegan retreat resort, an elegant sanctuary near the old town. This colonial-style resort combines Lanna charm with mindful luxury, featuring plant-based cuisine, tranquil courtyards, two pools, and a holistic spa. It’s a place to rest, restore, and integrate the insights of the retreat. Rooms during the hotel stay are designated for double occupancy. A limited number of private rooms are available upon request for an additional cost.
