About us

This retreat is a unique 7-day immersion experience which focuses upon accessing our real and essential nature, our True Self. Through direct self-enquiry, meditation and classical hatha yoga sessions, an environment for self-knowing and revelation will be naturally emergent. This retreat has been designed in such a way as to foster deep, intimate connection to ones own inner landscape and to allow each individual to find their genuine love for self, silence and meditation. The schedule aims to create an experience similar to that of a solitary retreat, in order to provide you with an opportunity to know the depths of your Self, to allow for powerful self-reflection and to give rise to the profound blossoming of the Heart and Truth. The pointings will be a unique integration of Advaita Vedanta & Classical Hatha Yoga. Participants will be guided and introduced to various meditation practices and inspired to integrate these into their daily lives to dive deeper into the truth that is ever-present and limitless. This retreat will be guided by Tiffany and Kristof who, combined, have spent the past 25 years emerged in extensive periods of personal and guided silent retreats with their beloved Advaita teachers Mooji, Sahajananda & Adyashanti. Due to their own profound experiences and the inspiration and insights gained through these periods, they lovingly transmit and share this wisdom which reveals the naturalness of being.

No previous meditation or yoga experience is necessary.

CE Credits: 75 hour CE for RYTs

YTT Module Program: These 75 hours can be counted towards your 200, 500 or 1000 hour Living in the Self Accreditation – Yoga Alliance Approved
