Take a break from your daily routine and begin with a yoga practice while relaxing in sunny Andalucia, with 2 yoga and meditation classes per day, delicious vegetarian and vegan food, and awesome accommodation!

Connect with Nature and Connect with yourself, taking this time for yourself, to re-treat, re-new, and to re-start with a new life! Get a healthier body, and relaxed mind, and new energy in this short yoga break in charming Andalucia, Spain. You will fly to Malaga airport, and only 20 minutes later of your arrival you will be in our Retreat Center, enjoying your well deserved yoga break.

4 days Yoga Break Retreat in Andalucia Summary:

3 morning meditation,where you will learn and practice a guided meditation, using the breath as a tool to stay present, and be in the moment finding more peace, calm, and helping you to be more focus.

3 morning yoga practices ashtanga yoga inspired. You will learn the surya namaskar, or sun salutation A and B , to warm and prepare your body for the standing poses. Your body will have an strong foundation with the standing poses to be ready for all the seating poses. You will explore new asanas, and with a lot of attention from your teacher you will be able to breath correctly while doing the yoga poses. You will get not only the physical benefits as your body will start to open as a flower, but you will notice how your mind will be more quiet, and you will reach the total relaxation at the end of the class.

3 afternoon yoga sessions, including yin yoga and Tibetans yoga as a complement from the morning session. Here also you will be able to relax any part of your body that could feel tense, and you can ask your teacher more specific questions about restorative poses depending on your own needs.

Yoga Nidra session in the afternoon, nidra means a relaxed state of mind or yogic sleep, but you will be awake and aware, laying on your mat on the grass from our beautiful garden, relaxing with the sounds of the birds, and the soft breeze while following the instructions of the yoga nidra. After that session you will feel as you have your best night sleep! totally relax and renew!

Chanting Mantra session to open your heart, no matter if you have never sing, this is a totally different experience

which with the sounds and vibration you to feel at one with the universe.

1 evening special Japanese vegetarian dinner, with our guest Japanese Chef , who will surprise you with an amazing colorful dishes super tasty!

Hike on the mountains, visit Buddhist monument for peace, prosperity, harmony of the world. Walking on the Boulevard by the beach on la Costa del Sol, Andalucia.

Daily smoothies with super foods, fresh orange juice, herbal tea, mineral water, lots of fresh fruits.
