Dr. Sarah Fields, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist, yoga and wellness guide, and the founder of Natural Pathways Acupuncture in Asheville, North Carolina.
With nearly a decade of clinical experience, Sarah weaves together Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, yoga, detoxification practices, and earth-based wisdom to help people shed what no longer serves and return to their natural state of balance.
Sarah’s work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we slow down, reconnect with nature, and listen deeply to the body. Her retreats are intentionally designed as sacred containers for renewal—blending movement, meditation, thermal waters, nourishing food, ceremony, and gentle detox practices that support the nervous system and ignite inner clarity.
Having guided hundreds of individuals through transformational healing journeys, Sarah brings both grounded clinical knowledge and heartfelt presence to her retreats. She creates a space that feels safe, soulful, and deeply supportive—especially for women who are ready to release old patterns, reclaim their vitality, and rise into the next chapter of their lives.
This Mexico retreat is an invitation to shed and rise—to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom, held by ancient lands, healing waters, and intentional sisterhood.

Shed & Rise: A Sacred Renewal Retreat
Shed & Rise is a multi-destination healing journey through the heart of Mexico, created for those who feel ready to release old layers, recalibrate their nervous systems, and return home renewed, clear, and embodied.
This retreat is an invitation to soften, to exhale, and to remember your natural rhythm.
We fly into Mexico City. From there, we journey to the ancient land of Teotihuacan, where the Sun and Moon Pyramids stand as timeless reminders of balance—strength and softness, action and receptivity. Here, we gather for ceremony and intention-setting, shedding what no longer serves and opening space for what is ready to rise.
Next, we travel to the awe-inspiring Grutas de Tolantongo, a canyon of thermal rivers, pools, and waterfalls carved into the earth. Immersed in mineral-rich waters, the body unwinds. The nervous system settles. The mind quiets. These days are spacious, unhurried, and deeply restorative—designed for soaking, reflecting, and integrating.
The last 2 nights we will enjoy the city culture and cuisine of Condesa Mexico City.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be guided through gentle detox and renewal practices rooted in holistic and Eastern medicine traditions. Nourishing meals support digestion and energy without deprivation. Optional rituals such as castor oil packs, mineral replenishment, breathwork, and somatic release help clear physical, emotional, and energetic stagnation.
Each day holds space for morning grounding, intentional movement, quiet reflection, and shared laughter. Evenings invite rest, integration, and connection—whether under the stars, by candlelight, or in heartfelt conversation with women walking a similar path.
This is not a retreat about pushing, fixing, or becoming something new.
It is about shedding what weighs you down and rising back into yourself.
You will return home feeling:
Lighter in your body
Clearer in your mind
Calmer in your nervous system
Reconnected to your intuition and inner strength
Shed & Rise is for the woman who is ready to pause, to listen, and to step forward with renewed vitality and grace.
