Join Vinyasa Yoga teacher, Diana Gradstein, as she guides you through 2 powerful Vinyasa Yoga classes daily, linking breath to movement. Building on the foundational postures we will work into dynamic flows, building heat, sweat and power. This retreat is geared toward yoga practitioners of all levels, from very beginners to experienced yogis. Find your true power from within.

Feast on healthy fresh food and smoothies beach side, enjoy a wide variety of spa treatments.

Retreat includes 2 classes per day, 2 meals per day, 2 massages and accommodations.
