In 2 nights and 3 days, you’ll move, breathe, eat simply, and reset your nervous system in a way that feels grounded and sustainable. We keep the vibe traveler-friendly and human: supportive guidance, small-group energy, and enough space to rest or explore Rishikesh between sessions.

7:30 AM — Morning Walk / Nature Trail (gentle, mindful)

9:30 AM — Hatha Yoga (mixed-level options)

11:00 AM — Ayurvedic Vegetarian Brunch



3:30 PM – 4:15 PM — Karma Yoga (Seva) / Community Contribution

4:45 PM – 6:00 PM — Evening Practice (restorative yoga / meditation / sound)

6:15 PM – 7:15 PM — Optional Ganga Aarti Visit

6 PM — Dinner (light, early)

9:00 PM onwards — Quiet Hours / Journaling / Sleep Reset

Expect comfortable beds, fresh linens, calm shared spaces, and a mindful hostel atmosphere that supports early nights and a steady routine. You can choose between Quad Sharing or Twin Sharing based on your comfort and budget. (Private rooms are subject to availability.)' Quad Sharing (shared room) Our Quad Sharing option is ideal for solo travelers who want an affordable stay while still feeling safe and supported. You’ll share a clean room with fellow retreat guests, making it easy to connect while still having personal space. It’s social, comfortable, and perfect for the retreat community vibe. Twin Sharing (shared room) The Twin Sharing option offers more privacy and quiet, ideal for friends traveling together or guests who prefer a calmer space. You’ll share the room with just one other person, with a comfortable setup that supports better sleep and deeper rest during the retreat. Private Room (optional / subject to availability) Private rooms are available on request and subject to availability. Best for guests who prefer maximum privacy, personal work time, or a quieter recovery-focused stay.
