About this Retreat
I evoke a forgotten dance that lies deep within our souls. I help others reconnect to their true essence through Ecstatic Movement, Circles, Energy Healing, and Intuitive Guidance sessions.
After living 10 years with chronic pain and fatigue, I learned the importance of self-care for my own healing and vitality. I found that movement and sound can be a powerful way to shift stagnant energy in the body and manifest our deepest intentions, including the healing of the earth and all its beings.
I have been holding classes and teaching movement for over 20 years. I have a B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of Rochester, and I’m excited to share how my scientific understanding of the world is now finally converging with the magical energy I am experiencing in my body.

Hi I'm Josephine and I bring the frequency of vitality and transformation to The Aligned Collective and my private clients. I created a multidimensional healing system designed to activate a client’s vitality, awaken their soul codes, and restore them to joyful sovereignty. It combines intuitive weaving of energy, sacral-heart activation, quantum recalibration, and deep intuitive reflection that reorients the client’s identity to the truth of their divinity.
I transmit the frequency of vitality—a magnetic, heart-sourced pulse that realigns the body with its original joy blueprint. I activate dormant energies in the sacral and heart centers to restore wholeness and spiritual enthusiasm, and guide clients to rewire their internal narrative using spoken truth, affirmation, and conscious language. Sessions with me include mentorship conversations, nervous system support, and sovereignty rituals.
My presence alone is catalytic—I don’t just guide transformation; I become the frequency of it.
