Spirit of Kerala Journey
3 Days of Exploration • 7 Days of Retreat
This journey begins in **Kochi**, Kerala’s cultural gateway—where history, water, and traditions meet—before gently transitioning into deep nature immersion at **Spirit of the Wild**, a forest retreat designed for rest, healing, and renewal.
Days 1–3: Kochi & Kerala Backwaters
**Culture • Heritage • Waterways**
The first three days are dedicated to experiencing the living soul of Kerala.
Explore the historic streets of Kochi, shaped by centuries of maritime trade and cultural exchange. Walk through heritage quarters, witness traditional art forms, and experience the rhythm of local life.
Journey into the tranquil **Kerala backwaters**, where palm-lined canals, village life, and slow-moving waters invite you to unwind. Houseboat experiences, village visits, and quiet moments on the water offer a gentle introduction to Kerala’s way of life—unhurried and harmonious.
These days help you transition from travel mode into presence.
### Days 4–10: Spirit of the Wild Retreat
**Forest • Healing • Stillness**
From Kochi, travel into the wilderness to **Spirit of the Wild**, a secluded retreat nestled amidst forests, hills, and open skies.
Over seven days, you are invited to slow down completely and reconnect with yourself through nature and conscious living practices.
**Retreat highlights include:**
* Daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork
* Nature immersion through forest walks and outdoor experiences
* Healing sessions such as sound therapy, energy work, and deep relaxation practices
* Nourishing, nature-inspired meals
* Private, nature-integrated accommodations designed for silence and comfort
* Spacious time for reflection, journaling, and rest
This phase of the journey is intentionally unstructured—allowing nature and stillness to become your primary teachers.
### The Journey’s Flow
The experience moves **from culture to nature, from exploration to introspection, from movement to stillness**—creating a balanced and deeply restorative arc.
