Morning (easy start + reset)
Wake up in Las Palmas, usually a short walk from Playa de las Canteras.
Many people start with a morning meditation on the scheduled days (about 60 minutes), or they simply take a quiet beach walk and coffee.
Then a morning yoga class often follows (most days have something like Sun Vinyasa, open-air beach yoga, or a beach meditation session).
Late morning (movement + ocean time)
A lot of guests head to the surf session (around 2 hours) if they’ve chosen it.
Others use this time for a swim, sunbathing, journaling, exploring the neighborhood, or grabbing food at nearby cafés.
Midday (slow hours + optional extras)
Some days include a midday yoga option (like Somatic Flow, Yoga Lab, or another Vinyasa class).
On certain days, there are Spanish sessions that feel more like relaxed real-life practice (walk-and-talk, café conversation, market mission).
Afternoon (fun + connection)
Guests often pick a more playful activity: dance classes (Latin solo, dancehall, reggaeton, ladies styling).
There are also community-style activities like a mindfulness hike (longer outing) or an exploration trip to the Old Town of Las Palmas.
If you’re more in rest mode: this is usually when people nap, read, beach lounge, or book an add-on like a massage or private reiki/yoga/meditation.
Evening (wind down)
Many people come back for a calming second practice: Moon Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), or sometimes a special class like candlelight yoga.
Some nights are more social, like a live music tour (and retreats like this often naturally turn into casual group dinners afterwards, since there are lots of restaurants nearby).
