Christina Smith, CMT, Certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor, Certified life Coach, Certified Emotion & Body Code Practitioner

Christina Smith has been a therapeutic massage therapist since 1997, graduating from Lakeside School of natural Therapeutics in Wisconsin. She worked for The Aveda Retreat as a cosmetologist, and spa service giver, specializing in essential oil therapy/aroma-ology, facials, and Ayurveda. She became a certified Yoga Alliance hatha yoga teacher in 2000, being certified through Shoshoni Yoga Retreat in CO. She has lived in Aspen, CO from 2000- current day, teaching yoga, and doing massage therapy. In 2022, she became a certified Pilates instructor, and offers private and group Pilates classes on mat and apparatus. She is also a certified life coach, helping people move forward in their lives and find their peace, joy, and satisfaction in their lives. Christina loves to lead others on nature hikes, retreats, and leads workshops in her Ebenflo Yoga Yurt Day Spa in Aspen, CO. Other retreats available will be offered in CO, WI, Portugal, South Africa, Costa Rica, Spain, and Dominica.

With over 29 years of hands-on experience, I offer a deeply integrative approach to healing that supports the body, mind, and energy system. My work blends deep tissue and relaxation massage with advanced energy-based modalities to help release chronic tension, emotional stress, and energetic blockages. I am a Reiki Master, Certified Emotion and Body Code Practitioner, and Certified Crystal Bowl Practitioner, allowing sessions to be tailored to each clients' unique physical and emotional needs. Whether the goal is pain relief, stress reduction, emotional balance or deep relaxation, my intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where true healing can occur. Each session is intuitive, personalized, and guided by decades of experience, supporting lasting relief and a renewed sense of well-being. I am dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces where healing and wellness unfold through self-nurturing practices, mindful awareness, and compassionate guidance. I am excited to participate in this healing journey with you.

Enjoy an amazing tropical get-away to reconnect with nature and yourself, live a healthy lifestyle, while nurturing your body, mind, and spirit! Your retreat leaders will offer daily beach walks, yoga, stretching, mat Pilates, hikes, beach/pool nature time, massage, energy healing sessions, intuition development, journaling, meditation techniques, sound healing relaxation, and gemstone art. Wonderful excursions, such as hikes to waterfalls and serene lakes, whale watching by boat, snorkeling, sight seeing, private energy healing/ stretch/yoga/Pilates sessions, and unique resort spa treatments will be available daily. Schedule

7:00 AM -Morning Intention- setting/journal time.
8:00 AM- Breakfast
9:00 AM beach walk or jog
9:30 AM- 12:00 PM - Yoga/Pilates/ Intuition Development Class
!2-2 PM Lunch - on- site or elsewhere if on an excursion
!2-4 PM - some days will have time for excursions and lunch off-site. Or leisure time to use the Pool, or gym, or have additional spa treatments.
2-5 PM- some days this time will be for massages, spa services, and private energy work healing sessions, or private Pilates/Stretch/Yoga Lessons
5 - 8 PM- Dinner
8-9:30 PM- Restorative Yoga/ Meditation/ Singing Bowls Relaxation

The resort features spacious, lovely, luxury rooms and are available with one double bed to share with your partner/friend, or have all to yourself! Or Share a luxury rooms with 2 twin beds, or one queen bed, for two people. The rooms have a sitting space, mini fridge, and outdoor porch or deck.
