Schedule

Day 1: Arrival in Cusco – Sacred Inca Sites
Morning:

Arrive at Cusco airport, where you’ll be warmly greeted by your Willka Pacha Experience representative.

Transfer to your hotel for check-in and acclimatization to the high altitude. Enjoy Andean herbal teas such as muña or coca tea to help with your adjustment.

Afternoon:

Begin your spiritual journey with a visit to Koricancha, the Temple of the Sun. This sacred site was once the most important temple in the Inca time, dedicated to Inti, father sun. Here, you’ll connect with the deep energy of the site and learn about the importance of the Sun in Andean cosmology.

Explore Saqsaywaman, the ancient Inca fortress known for its massive stones and breathtaking views over Cusco. Engage in a sacred greeting ceremony with the spirits of your ancestors, offering your respects and opening yourself to their wisdom.

late afternoon:

Afterward, undergo a purification ceremony with palo santo and incense to clear any heavy energy. This cleansing ritual will prepare your mind, body, and spirit for the days ahead.

Overnight in Cusco: Rest and reflect.

Day 2: Cusco to Sacred Valley – Pisaq & Ollantaytambo
Morning:

Begin your journey into the Sacred Valley, starting with a pickup at your hotel at 8:00 am.

Drive along the beautiful route, making brief stops to connect with the land and appreciate the stunning scenery of the Sacred Valley.

Visit Pisaq: Explore the ancient Inca terraces, ceremonial altars, and sacred sites. Engage in a healing walk, connecting deeply with the energies of the place and performing a purification ceremony. Here, you will feel the gentle yet powerful flow of the serpent energy of the valley, bringing balance and harmony to your spirit.

Afternoon:

After a natural lunch, continue along the Sacred Valley, also known as the MillkI Way, toward Ollantaytambo. This ancient Inca city is renowned for its impressive stone terraces and connection to the powerful sideral lama energy.

At Ollantaytambo, prepare your spirit for the sacred journey ahead, reflecting on the energies of the place. Understand the relationship between the land and the spiritual forces that guide us.

Evening:

Enjoy dinner in Ollantaytambo, followed by a train ride to Aguas Calientes, the town near Machu Picchu.

Overnight in Aguas Calientes, rest in anticipation of the sacred day ahead.

Day 3: Machu Picchu – Connecting with the Energy of the Inca City
Early Morning:

After breakfast, board the bus to Machu Picchu, arriving early to catch the sunrise over the Inca citadel. If weather permits, Begin your journey with an introduction to the history and spiritual significance of Machu Picchu, followed by a simple ceremony or offering to Pachamama and the spirits of the land.

Sacred Meditation with Crystal Ceremony
• As you explore the sacred energy of Machu Picchu, you’ll engage in a meditation practice enhanced by the use of crystals. These crystals will amplify your intentions and connect you to the ancient vibrations of the cristal temple,Pachamama and the cosmos. Pause at sacred spots and allow the crystals to deepen your connection to the land’s spiritual energy. In stillness, reflect on your journey and integrate the wisdom of the site, allowing clarity, healing, and peace to flow through you.Closing Ceremony & Return
• Sacred Farewell Ceremony: Before leaving, close the ceremony, with offering gratitude and personal prayers to cristal temple of Machupicchu and Pachamama.
• Return to Aguas Calientes: After the ceremony, take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you’ll have some free time for lunch or to explore the town.
• Evening Journey to Cusco: Board the train to Ollantaytambo, then transfer to the bus for a scenic drive back to Cusco, concluding your spiritual journey at Machu Picchu.

Directions

The nearest international airport is Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ) in Cusco, Peru. Most international travelers first arrive in Lima (LIM) and then take a short domestic flight (approximately 1 hour) to Cusco.

Our retreat center, the House in Urubamba (Sacred Valley), is about 1.5 to 2 hours from Cusco Airport by car.

For your comfort and peace of mind, we include airport pick-up and drop-off with our trusted private transportation. Our driver will meet you at the airport upon arrival or hotel and safely bring you to the retreat center. At the end of the retreat, we also provide transportation back to the airport or cusco.

We recommend arriving at least one day before the retreat begins to allow time for altitude adjustment.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send detailed arrival instructions and coordinate everything with you personally to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey.

Accommodation

Guests stay in simple, clean, and comfortable rooms designed for rest and integration. We offer both private and shared room options. Each room includes comfortable beds, warm blankets, natural light, and peaceful views of the surrounding mountains. The atmosphere is quiet and grounding, allowing participants to rest deeply between ceremonies. Bathrooms are shared and maintained daily to ensure cleanliness and comfort. Our intimate setting (maximum 6 guests) allows for a calm and personal environment throughout the retreat.
