Journey into the “Land of Kings”, the romantic soul of India!

This tour cuts across the region, from M;andawa, in the Shekawati district, which is today one of the best preserved treasures of all Rajasthan, and Pushkar, a small holy town of great charm and surrounded by a mystic atmosphere, towards the  south to Udaipur, the Venice of Orient, full of mystery and splendour, ending up in Jaisalmer, the golden town, resembling a huge sand castle far into the desert, a breath taking view!


18th september – Arrival at Delhi International Airport and direct transfer to Mandawa, in the wonderful “Desert Resort” (4*). The mystery and the romance of the desert are described in the exquisite design of the resort (www.earthsonghotels.com). 19th – 20th – Two days to visit this “open art museum”, famous for its gorgeous Havelis (typical old houses), with unique architectural peculiarities and artistic decorations and to explore this pretty village.

21st  – In the morning, transfer to Pushkar, a small holy town, built around its little lake. Here the atmosphere is dense of spirituality and charm.  Staying at the heritage Hotel Pushkar Palace (heritage) right on the lake, with amazing view of the town (www.hotelpushkarpalace.com). 22nd – 23rd – Two relaxing days in Pushkar meet friendly local people, visit the many temples and watch the pilgrims’ daily religious rituals along the ghat of the sacred lake, or simply walk into its market!

24 – In the morning transfer to Udaipur, one of the most seducing cities of all India, full of mystery and splendour! Staying in the gorgeous Rampratap Palace Hotel (4*), surrounded by a fantastic garden facing the lake (www.hotelrampratap.com).

25 – 26 – Udaipur is rich of monuments to visit, expression of its glorious historic past, and its romantic atmosphere enchants all the visitors. The Venice of Orient reflects itself on the surface of the lake, offering the sensation to be in a fairy tale landscape.

27 – 28 – After breakfast, departure to Jodhpur, with a stop along the way to visit Rankpur Jain temple. Arrival in the evening, staying at the magnificent Rambanka Palace, a Classic Heritage Hotel www.ranbankahotels.com . The day after ientirely dedicated to visit the city.

29 – In the morning departure to Jaisalmer, staying at Gorbandh Palace Hotel (4*) (www.hrhhotels.com). 30  September – 1 October – Jaisalmer is a mirage in the arid desert panorama, a huge golden sand castle of a nostalgic and decadent beauty. It is the best place to ends up the travel, by a deep fusion and connection with the desert magic energy. One day will be dedicated to take a camel ride into the dunes.

2 October – departure in the morning for the last experience: an overnight staying in a luxury desert camp (www.manvar.com), for a last amazing sunset before to say goodbye to Rajasthan.

3 Octobrer – in the morning, transfer to Jodhpur airport, to fly to Delhi. At the arrival, short tour of the city, dinner and transfer to the international airport on time to get the fly back to Italy in the night.

4 Ottobre – Arrival in Milan.


The best way to begin the day is with a wake up gentle yoga practice, with recharging exercises and postures (asana) and restorative relaxation, in wonderful gardens, in front of amazing landscapes. In the evening, the setting for yoga may change, choosing each time a different special location for a relaxing practice focused on pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. Classes are affordable by everybody and adapt to all levels, as well as for those who never approached yoga before!


 The guide’s name is Chiara Albero, 48, Italian.  In the last 17 years, she dedicated most of her life to the teaching of yoga in her country and kept travelling all over India, this since 1990. Graduated at the University of Torino in History of India, she got her yoga diploma in Kaivalyadhama Institute of Lonavla, specialized in yoga therapy. She is also a Kriyaban, initiated in 2009 by the Master Swami Shankarananda Giri.  She organizes and leads yoga retreats and inspiring travels in India to promote and combine cultural exchange and personal growth.
