The Connect Retreat is a four-day women’s immersive experience in the Catskill Mountains designed for intentional growth, embodied healing, and meaningful connection. Rooted in narrative reflection, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based wellness practices, this retreat invites women to reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with the natural world.

Through guided workshops, mind-body practices, community dialogue, and restorative time in nature, participants are supported in expanding with courage — grounded in truth and sustained through collective care.

Schedule

Sunrise mind-body practice such as gentle stretching, grounding movement, or quiet reflection

Car
Renting a car from JFK, Newark, or Albany is the most seamless option. The drive into the Catskills is scenic and straightforward.

Carpooling
Participants are encouraged to coordinate shared rides closer to the retreat date. We often help facilitate connection among guests traveling from similar areas.

Train + Car Service
You may take an Amtrak train from NYC to the Hudson Valley (e.g., Rhinecliff or Hudson station) and arrange a car service or rental from there. Travel time varies depending on schedule.

The retreat center is a private mountain mansion-cabin nestled in Bearsville, just outside Woodstock, NY. Detailed arrival instructions and check-in guidance will be provided to registered participants prior to the retreat.

Accommodation

Guests will stay in a private mountain mansion-cabin nestled in the Catskills, offering expansive architecture, natural wood interiors, and large windows that invite in light and scenic views. Accommodations are primarily shared rooms, thoughtfully arranged to foster connection while still allowing space for rest and privacy. We do have limited single room or share with a friend availability. The multi-level home includes generous common areas, cozy lounge spaces, and quiet nooks for reflection. With several bathrooms throughout the house, guests have convenient access and comfort during their stay.
