Ready for a break? Step away from life's daily demands and truly recharge. Join us for this deeply relaxing and rejuvenating weekend surrounded by beautiful mountains. Connect with yourself and nature, let all stress melt away and feel alive again! 

Yulia Sauter is a Yoga teacher specialized and trained in Restorative, Therapeutic and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga as well as Mindfullness and Meditation. 

You will enjoy restorative yoga classes and guided meditations (no previous experience necessary), a trip to the Banff Hot Springs, and amazing food specially prepared for you. 

There will be free time during this retreat to explore Banff's serene hiking trails, kayaking, spa treatments or simply relax in the hot tub. 

Taking time for Self-Care helps us release deeper layers of stress, so we can let go of physical and emotional blockages. We can increase feelings of calm and balance, and also have more to offer for those around us. 

De-stress, fully relax and recharge while connecting with other women.
