Details of this retreat

Step out of the noise and into the vastness of your next vision.

In a world of constant demand, the most powerful tool a leader has is perspective. This 8-day expedition in New Zealand is a high-level sanctuary designed for entrepreneurs and executives to slow down, reconnect, and lead from a place of absolute clarity.

Why New Zealand? Known for its pure and raw earth energy, it is the perfect landscape for a "Vision Quest." From the volcanic power of Rotorua to the ancient silence of the Fiordland fjords, every step is a catalyst for breakthroughs.

The Maori Leadership Edge:
You will have the rare privilege of meeting with a Maori leader. Discover an ancestral approach to leadership based on Kaitiakitanga (guardianship of the land) and responsibility toward future generations—a profound shift from traditional Western management.

Key Transformation Points:

Strategic Recess: Use the silence of Lake Tekapo (the world’s largest dark sky reserve) to anchor your intentions under the full moon.

Energetic Mastery: Learn to manage your personal and collective energy using tools from both high-level coaching and shamanic traditions.

Peer Connection: Engage in deep strategic reflections with a small, curated group of fellow visionaries (limited to 8 participants).

Guided by world-class facilitators, this is not just a retreat; it is a reset for your leadership and a rebirth for your vision.

Directions

Arrival & International Logistics
Primary International Gateway:
Participants should book their international flights to arrive at Auckland International Airport (AKL). This is New Zealand's main hub, with direct connections from major cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dubai, Singapore, Sydney, and Hong Kong.

Arrival Process:
Upon your arrival at Auckland International Airport on November 21st, you will be met by our private executive transfer service at the arrivals hall. From there, we begin our journey toward the geothermal region of Rotorua.

Internal Connections (Included):
As this expedition spans both islands to capture the full spectrum of New Zealand's energies, we handle all domestic logistics:

Inter-Island Transfer: We utilize a domestic flight from Auckland (AKL) or Rotorua (ROT) to the South Island (Christchurch or Queenstown), or a private charter, depending on the final group flow.

Private Ground Transport: Throughout the 8 days, we travel in premium, private air-conditioned vehicles specifically chosen for comfort during scenic drives through the Alps and Fjords.

Nearest Domestic Airports for Departure:
The retreat concludes on November 28th. We coordinate your return to Auckland (AKL) for your international departure. If you wish to extend your stay in the South Island, the nearest major hubs for departure are Queenstown (ZQN) or Christchurch (CHC).

Entry Requirements:

NZeTA: Most international visitors (including those from visa-waiver countries) must apply for a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) before departure. This is a simple online process.

IVL: The International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy is generally paid at the same time as the NZeTA.

Accommodation

High-Vibrational Havens: From Volcanic Valleys to Alpine Silence As this is a nomadic expedition limited to just 8 participants, we have bypassed large luxury hotels in favor of exclusive, intimate, and high-energy accommodations that foster both group connection and personal introspection. Rotorua: Boutique Nature Lodges In the geothermal heart of the North Island, we stay in secluded lodges nestled within native forests or near volcanic lakes. These spaces are chosen for their proximity to "Earth Energy" and offer modern comfort with a warm, organic aesthetic. The Vibe: Earthy, grounded, and revitalizing. Amenities: Private decks, access to natural thermal pools, and quiet trails for morning mindful walks. Lake Tekapo: Alpine Sanctuaries under the Stars In the South Island, our accommodation sits within the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve. These are high-standard, cozy retreats designed to maximize the view of the turquoise lake and the most pristine night sky on the planet. The Vibe: Pure, silent, and expansive. The Experience: Large windows and outdoor decks allow you to "sleep under the stars," integrating the insights of the Full Moon Vision Ceremony. Fiordland: Deep Wilderness Retreats As we enter the fjords—some of the most remote places on Earth—our accommodation reflects the raw majesty of the landscape. We prioritize comfort that feels "tucked away" from the world, providing the ultimate "reset" for the executive mind. The Vibe: Majestic, ancient, and profoundly quiet. The Experience: No distractions, just the sound of waterfalls and the deep peace of the prehistoric forest. Room Configuration & Privacy Curated Comfort: All rooms feature high-quality bedding, private ensuite bathrooms, and premium natural materials (wood, stone, wool). Double or Single Occupancy: To maintain the spirit of the "leadership circle," rooms are typically based on double occupancy (twin sharing) with another participant. This often leads to the most profound peer-to-peer strategic breakthroughs. Single Room Upgrade: For leaders requiring absolute privacy for their evening reflections, a Single Supplement is available upon request.
