Details of this retreat

Join us for a day of horses, yoga, river time, and genuine connection in one of the most beautiful corners of the North Fork Valley.

We'll begin our morning at The Yarrow Taproom at 7:15 AM, where we'll gather before heading to the trailhead and meeting our horses. From there, we'll ride through breathtaking open country, taking in sweeping 360-degree views as we make our way down to the Gunnison River.

Once at the river, enjoy a gentle yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath, spend time playing and relaxing with the horses, dip your toes in the water, and soak up the peace that comes from being fully present in nature.

As we ride back, we'll stop along the trail to cool off, enjoy a beautiful charcuterie spread, and take in the incredible views before returning to the trailhead.

This experience is about more than horseback riding or yoga. It's an opportunity to unplug, laugh, connect with rescued horses, and remember what it feels like to simply be.

Your Investment Includes:
Guided horseback ride with experienced horse professionals
• Yoga session suitable for all experience levels
• Time at the Gunnison River with the horses
• Charcuterie, snacks, and refreshments
