Welcome to a soul-nourishing retreat nestled in the heart of Snowdonia National Park – the home place of our teacher training. Over five beautiful days you’ll wake up with the mountains at your fingertips, practicing yoga and meditation twice daily, enjoying incredible hikes, an evening sound bath, delicious vegetarian meals, an Ayurvedic cooking class and more. This retreat is designed as a nurturing detox from the business off life, back into the rhythm of your self.

For our Aussies – we know it’s far, but we promise it’s worth it. Mum (Frani) & I have been coming to Snowdonia for the last 10 years for training and personal development, it’s a very special place in our hearts.

This retreat will be guided by Frani and members of the Dru team in Wales.

What to expect:

Daily Yoga & Meditation
- Morning and evening classes tailored to all levels

Yoga Beyond Asana (i.e. yoga off the mat)

Each day of the retreat offers a balanced blend of movement, mindfulness and nourishment to support your overall wellbeing. Expect morning and evening yoga and meditation suitable for all levels, combining slow vinyasa, hatha, dru, yin, pranayama and sound. We will also explore yoga beyond the mat through simple philosophy, daily rituals for sustained energy and an introduction to Ayurveda. You will be nourished with wholesome vegetarian meals and have time to connect with nature through guided walks and mindful hikes in Snowdonia, with space to slow down, reflect and reset.

Accommodation

Set in the Nant Ffrancon Valley, Snowdonia Mountain Lodge has been a place of gathering, growth and inspiration for decades. Picture light-filled spaces, with majestic Snowdonia views, providing a calm and nurturing atmosphere ideal for yoga & meditation. Maximum of 12 participants in twin share and single rooms, all with ensuites. Plus a teaching hall and cafeteria for all meals, and beautiful valley and river walks right on your doorstep.
