About this Retreat
Frani is incredible at what she does, she's been known as a bit of a wizard at fixing injuries in her 30+ years as a Physiotherapist. She's been teaching yoga for over 12 years, and has recently completed her ayurvedic health training. She's kind, gentle, passionate, and loves what she does. She genuinely cares about her patients and students and gives her all to help them, and it shows. She's been an international tutor of physio and yoga, and taught on both retreats and various other locations.

Welcome to a soul-nourishing retreat nestled in the heart of Snowdonia National Park – the home place of our teacher training. Over five beautiful days you’ll wake up with the mountains at your fingertips, practicing yoga and meditation twice daily, enjoying incredible hikes, an evening sound bath, delicious vegetarian meals, an Ayurvedic cooking class and more. This retreat is designed as a nurturing detox from the business off life, back into the rhythm of your self.
For our Aussies – we know it’s far, but we promise it’s worth it. Mum (Frani) & I have been coming to Snowdonia for the last 10 years for training and personal development, it’s a very special place in our hearts.
This retreat will be guided by Frani and members of the Dru team in Wales.
What to expect:
Daily Yoga & Meditation
- Morning and evening classes tailored to all levels
- A combination of gentle slow vinyasa meets hatha, dru yoga, yin yoga, meditation, pranayama & sound
Yoga Beyond Asana (i.e. yoga off the mat)
